Klopp Wants to Agree €130million Stars Signing for Liverpool

Liverpool are the top scorers in the Premier League at the moment but defensively, they have been very shaky and have already conceded 40 goals in 32 games..
Jurgen Klopp needs to sort out his back line sooner rather than later if he wants to see his team seriously challenging against top teams for the big prizes next season.
As far as the central defense is concerned, Sakho was loaned out to Crystal Palace in the winter window and since then, the French international has been fantastic. However, reports suggest that the former PSG star remains unwanted at Anfield.
According to Daily Mail, the Merseysiders are prepared to sell Sakho for a fee of 30 million pounds and will then utilize the funds to reinforce their defense. The report says that Klopp wants to use the money to compete with Chelsea and Man City for Van Dijk and Koulibaly.
Two days back, Goal reported the same. Virgil tops Klopp’s defender hit-list and Kalidou is wanted as well. They have a combined worth of €130million.
The Southampton star is valued (The Times) at 50 million pounds (€60million), on the other hand, the Napoli center half has a release clause of €70million (Italian Football Daily) in his contract, which will expire in 2021.
The mentioned duo have been in top form for their respective teams in the current campaign and will largely improve Liverpool’s back line. The Reds should focus on signing Van Dijk mainly because the Dutch international has proven his worth in the Premier League.
As per the provided Daily Mail link, Klopp is also interested in former Manchester United defender Michael Keane, who currently plays for Burnley.
