Klopp Clear to Agree $27million Midfielder Signing for Liverpool

Liverpool signed Georginio Wijnaldum to strengthen their central midfield last summer. If the latest reports in the media are anything to go by then the Reds have a clear chance of signing another midfielder in the form of Anderson Talisca.
Last month, we compiled a report, via multiple sources, about the 23-year-old Brazilian international and claimed that he was linked with a move to Liverpool last summer (O Jogo). Moreover, the Reds have scouted the $27million rated star all season (Turkish Football).
Talisca is currently playing with Besiktas, on loan from Primeira Liga side Benfica and he has been in fantastic form this season.
The South American star has scored 10 goals and provided 5 assists in 25 games for the Turkish giants, who are leading the league table.
Besiktas want to sign him on a permanent basis but for that they have to meet his asking price. However, their president Fikret Orman told NTV that the club cannot afford to spend 23 million euros to sign him.
In such a scenario, Klopp has a clear opportunity to splash the cash and sign Talisca in the summer transfer window. Liverpool should not really have any problems in spending over 20 million euros for the talented Samba star.
Last season, he mainly played as a central midfielder for Benfica and scored 9 goals in 34 apps. In the current campaign, Besiktas have utilized him in the attacking midfield role. Klopp would surely like such a versatile midfielder in his team.
