Manchester United splashed heavy cash to reinforce their squad last summer and it seems that they are ready to spend heavily again to sign new stars this summer.
According to recent reports, the Red Devils have moved in to hire the services of French international and Monaco star Kylian Mbappe.
Spanish source Cadena Cope reported that United are the only club to have made not one but two offers to sign the teenage center forward, who has been in fantastic form for the Ligue 1 side.
He has recently been called up to the senior national side and is expected to make his debut against Luxembourg in the World Cup qualifier on Saturday.
Praising Kylian, Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante recently claimed (Express):
“What he (Kylian) does at his age is exceptional,”
The 18-year-old boy has also been utilized on the flanks and his stats are absolutely brilliant this season. In 32 appearances, the Les Bleus star has directly contributed in no fewer than 30 goals (19 goals and 11 assists).
Monaco defeated Caen 3-0 in the last league game and Mbappe was involved in all the goals, scored two and set up one.
As per the provided Cadena Cope link, United made two offers worth €80m and €110m, however, Monaco do not want to sell him and rejected the moves.
