Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp needs to sign top quality players this summer if the club are to make substantial progress next season.
If reports are anything to go by then the Reds are serious about signing Brazilian international and Besiktas star Anderson Talisca.
Last summer, the Merseysiders were heavily linked with a move to hire the services of the Samba star from Benfica (O Jogo), however, the move did not happen.
The 23-year-old star eventually joined the Turkish giants on loan and he has been in impressive form in the current campaign.
Last month, Turkish Football reported that the Reds have scouted the former Esporte Clube Bahia player all season. Moreover they also claimed (via Milliyet) that Klopp is keen on securing his signature.
Now, the Turkish source has recently covered a report, stating that Liverpool sent scouts to watch the South American star again when Besiktas played Olympiakos in the Europa League last week.
Talisca can effectively play as a creative central midfielder and also as an attacking midfielder. This season, he has featured in 22 games for Besiktas, scored 9 goals and also provided 3 assists.
As per the provided Turkish Football link, Besiktas want to sign him on a permanent basis but will have to meet his release clause of 25 million euros ($27million). In your opinion, should Liverpool splash the cash and sign Talisca?
