He's like Bale – Klopp Ready to Agree $18million Versatile Player Signing for Liverpool

Tottenham, Everton and Liverpool are interested in signing 16-year-old Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham and the Merseysiders probably have the upper hand for now.
Liverpool need to secure more than a few signings for key positions in the summer transfer window to improve their squad.
The Reds desperately need a new natural left back. They were looking to sign one last summer but failed and Klopp has since utilized James Milner, a natural midfielder, in the LB position.
The former Borussia Dortmund boss is looking for a long term solution and wants to hire the services of Fulham starlet Ryan Sessegnon. In fact, the German manager is confident that the Reds will beat the rivals and sign the teenager, who has been compared to former Spurs star Gareth Bale (The Sun).
Last month, Squawka reported that Liverpool are leading the race to sign the highly rated youngster and Fulham are demanding a fee of 15 million pounds for him ($18million)
As per the provided Sun link, Klopp is confident about agreeing his signing for 10 million pounds.
Like Bale, Ryan is a versatile player, who can play anywhere on the left hand side of the field. He has proved to be solid at the back and also productive in the attacking third.
This season, Sessegnon has featured in 22 games for the London based club, scored 4 goals and also provided 3 assists.
In your opinion, should Klopp sign Ryan or a proven quality LB?

Actually, the London teams have the edge, simply because they are the London teams. Supposedly both Spurs and Chelsea like him a great deal and although Spurs have a better rep for the development of young players, Chelsea actually have a first team slot available as a left sided wing back.
If he has advisers with any sense he stays where he is for another year. Fulham are looking like a real side, and Jokanovic seems to have his back.

Currently the only way this young lad is like Bale is that they both have two legs, two arms, a torso and one head. In several years this good young player MIGHT resemble Bale but to claim that he does now is a bit misleading. Must admit, I’d like us to sign him as he seems superb for his age.
