$65million Star Ready to Agree Man Utd Move – Mou Loves Him

Chelsea may end up losing out on signing French international and Monaco star Tiemoue Bakayoko to Manchester United if the Red Devils qualify for the Champions League.
Recently, renowned journalist Balague claimed that the Blues have agreed personal terms with the 22-year-old defensive midfielder.
However, MEN sources understand that Bakayoko is interested in agreeing a move to Old Trafford if the Red Devils can secure a spot in Europe’s elite competition for next season.
This season, Bakayoko has been one of the standout performers for the Ligue 1 side, who are currently leading the league by 3 points and are also in the quarter finals of the Champions League.
After fantastic performances, French boss Didier Deschamps called him up for the senior national side. He was an unused substitute in the WC qualification game against Luxembourg and made his debut in a friendly match vs Spain (played 45 minutes). The 2010 World Cup winners won the game 2-0.
Back in October 2016, reports in France (SW via Le10Sport) claimed that Mourinho loves Bakayoko. United were even interested in signing him in the winter window (via The Times) but the move did not happen.
The Les Bleus midfielder is seen as a long term replacement for Michael Carrick and Monaco want at least (via FootMercato) 60 million euros ($65million) for their prized asset.
At the moment, United are in pole position to finish in the top four ahead of Liverpool but their fixtures are relatively difficult. The Reds have played all their games against the top 6 teams, whereas, the Red Devils still have to face Man City, Arsenal, Tottenham and league leaders Chelsea.
