Tottenham Hotspur ended Chelsea’s 13 game winning run in the league and are in brilliant form at the moment under the management of Mauricio Pochettino.
The North Londoners are seven points behind the league leaders and must reinforce their squad this month if they are to catch them.
As per the latest reports going on in the media, Spurs are interested in an Italian playmaker in the form of Federico Bernardeschi.
According to Evening Standard, Tottenham are looking to sign a wide attacker and the 22-year-old star is a transfer target. The report says it is very unlikely that the Serie A side will let him leave this month but a move worth £40million next summer could be tempting.
Spurs are not the only PL side interested in signing Federico. Chelsea have been tracking the Azzurri attacker for quite some time and Conte wants him at Stamford Bridge (via the Sun).
This season, in 18 league appearances for the Viola, Bernardeschi has netted 9 goals and provided 2 assists. He is a versatile star who can play anywhere in the attacking third and Pochettino can form an even better attacking line behind Kane if he can lure him.
As per reports (Daily Star), Federico has a huge release clause of £63million in his contract. In your opinion, should Spurs sign him?

Not only shouldn’t, but wont. Don’t expect any major signings this winter, or for that matter in the off season. The money’s being spent on upgrading wages.
Levy: would NEVER Spend $63.000 on any player even Mesi unles he could re-sell him immediately!
SWAP; Sissisoko for Barkley that is a winner! SELL: Davis,Carrol,Janssen,Son or Lemela OR Both providing we can re-place with better players!
Levy won’t buy any expensive players until we complete our new stadium. That’s for sure
At least one signing in winter. Wide player Bruma.
