Klopp would Love to Finally Agree “World Class” Star Signing for Liverpool

Last summer, Jurgen Klopp perhaps thought that Liverpool have an overcrowded strike-force. So, he let go the likes of Balotelli and Benteke.
Now, with Ings out injured and Sturridge out of form, it is evident that Klopp made a huge mistake and the Reds are seriously lacking quality and depth in their striking department.
According to reports (Mirror), the German manager is ready to sell Daniel Sturridge and replace him with a top striker next summer. Once again Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is in the limelight.
Back in January 2016, Liverpool were heavily interested in signing Aubameyang (Telegraph via Don Balon). Now, as per the provided Mirror link, Klopp would love to finally sign the £70million rated star to replace Sturridge.
Antoine Griezmann is a huge fan of Aubameyang. Praising him last month, the Atletico Madrid star claimed: (Goal)

“He (Aubameyang) is definitely a world class striker who has an incredible consistency in his game. Over the past few months, he has developed steadily. With him, you always realise that he is happy on the pitch.”

Klopp signed the Gabon striker when he was in charge of Dortmund and now, the 27-year-old star is one of the best goalscorers in the world.
He is currently the leading goalscorer in the Bundesliga with 16 goals. Overall, in 23 games this season, the African striker has scored 20 goals and provided 4 assists.
Mirror claim that Liverpool face serious competition to sign Aubameyang because the likes of City, Chelsea and Real Madrid also want him. They also state that the Merseysiders have an interest in Inaki Williams (Athletic Bilbao) as well.

This would be borderline Heaven but the way this club penny-pinch the chances are we won’t pay the full fee demanded. We’ve lost Dele Ali, Begovic and Eriksen in recent years because we wouldn’t pay what was demanded and we stupidly thought the selling club would slash their asking prices. They didn’t and, in two of those cases, Spurs stepped in to pay the full fee and now have two of the best players in England because of it.
Dortmund might ask for £70m for this guy, we’ll offer £40m and then stand by whilst he signs for Madrid, Arsenal, United, City or Chelsea who won’t even quibble about the fee.
