Manchester United are currently 6th in the table, 12 points behind league leaders Chelsea and 4 points behind Arsenal who occupy the fourth spot.
The table indicates that United’s realistic target this season is to finish in the top four and qualify for the Champions League because the PL title is beyond them.
As far as the transfers are concerned, United are linked with more than a few top quality players and mainly defenders are in the limelight.
The Old Trafford club have been heavily linked with central defenders like Victor Lindelof (SL Benfica) and Kostas Manolas (AS Roma).
According to the latest update provided by Italian football journalist Emanuele Giulianelli, Mourinho is playing on two different tables and want to sign the above mentioned defenders.
Moreover, Giulianell states that one of these two defenders will end up joining Jose at Man United by the end of January (Tribal Football).
Lindelof and Manolas are two of the best central defenders in the world and are not going to come for cheap. The Swedish star is rising rapidly and the Greek international is at the peak of his game at the moment.
In your opinion, should Man United sign Manolas or Lindelof?
