Four Arsenal Players Expected to be Fit at the Weekend

As far as the team news is concerned, at the moment, seven players are out injured (PhysioRoom) and manager Arsene Wenger is expected to rest more than a few first team players after a busy festive period.

Mertesacker suffered a major knee injury before the start of the season and his return will strengthen Wenger’s back line. Record signing Ozil has missed the last two games due to illness and Arsene will probably exclude him from the squad against Preston even if he is fit.
