Arsenal Favorites to Agree €60million Quality Star Signing

Chelsea and Arsenal have been interested in signing Alvaro Morata in recent times and Florentino Perez has perhaps provided them with a boost with his latest update.
According to Spanish source Diario Gol, the 24-year-old Spanish striker has threatened to leave the Bernabeu due to lack of game time and now, the club President has confirmed that he can leave the for a fee of €60million.

“If you bring 60 ‘kilos’ you can leave tomorrow.”

The La Roja star left Juventus to re-join the Los Blancos last summer. This season, in 25 appearances, Morata has scored 9 goals and also provided 4 assists.
French boss Zidane mainly prefers his compatriot Karim Benzema in the starting XI, therefore, Alvaro has mostly warmed the bench and has only started 11 games in all competitions.
As per the provided Diario Gol link, the Spaniard has some offers from the Premier League and Arsenal are the one that have the most strength to lure him, which basically means that the Gunners are favorites to agree his signing.
Morata is a top quality center forward whose peak years are ahead of him. In your opinion, should Wenger splash €60million to secure his signature?
