Manchester United Look to Finally Agree €30million Star Signing & Solve Dilemma

After a few disappointing results, Manchester United returned to winning ways in the Barclays Premier League by beating Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford.

According to reports (Mirror), United were interested in signing the England international when Louis van Gaal was in charge of the club and now the club is looking to finally secure his signature.
However, as per the provided Mirror link, they face competition from rivals Manchester City who are also interested in the €30million star.
The 26-year-old star was brilliant for Spurs last season and deservedly made it into the PFA Team of the Year.
He is now a regular starter in the senior England national side and has made 11 appearances since making his debut back in March 2016. This season, in 13 games, Rose has scored 1 goal and provided 2 assists.
