Manchester United are getting closer and closer to signing Victor Lindelof and it will not come as any surprise if the Red Devils make an official announcement soon.
If reports in the media are anything to go by then Man United have agreed a deal worth €62.5million (Fee and Terms combined) to sign the 22-year-old star.
As published yesterday, the Old Trafford club have agreed a fee of €45million with the Portuguese side for the transfer of the Swedish central defender (via Record).
On the other hand, Sport Witness cite reports in the Portuguese media claiming that Lindelof has agreed terms with the British giants that will make him earn €3.5million-a-year, €17.5million in five years.
Lindelof is a tall and strong center back who as the qualities to become the leader of Man United’s defense under the management of Jose Mourinho.
This season, the Victor has featured in 14 league games (7 clean sheets) and Benfica sit on top of the Primeira Liga table with a four point lead thanks to his impressive performances at the back.
