Lindelof in Lisbon to Complete Formalities & then Head to Man Utd

There are multiple reports going on in the media as far as the future of Benfica star Victor Lindelof is concerned.
Yesterday, Lindelof’s girlfriend posted a picture on her Instagram account that looked like a farewell message for the Benfica supporters.
The 22-year-old center half played his last game for the Primeira Liga club against Rio Ave on 21st December and then left for Sweden for the Christmas vacations.
According to reports in the Portuguese media (O JOGO), the Swedish star returned to Lisbon on Monday with an aim to complete the formalities and receive orders to head to Manchester United.
The former Vasteras defender has featured in 22 games for Benfica this season and played a pivotal role in helping them win the title last season.
Victor Lindelof BenficaAs per the provided O JOGO link, Benfica president wanted more than 30 million euros to sell Lindelof in the middle of the season.
If reports are anything to go by then that condition has been met by Manchester United and perhaps a fee of 45 million euros has been agreed (via Record).
However, things are getting more complex with the passage of time. The report also suggests that Benfica are now looking to seal a new contract with Lindelof so that they can ask for a greater fee, taking his buy-out clause to 60 million euros.
The report might baffle the United supporters but it seems that there is not much to worry as O JOGO reiterate that the player has agreed personal terms with the Old Trafford club and he will be training with Benfica until he receives the order to travel to Manchester.
