Confirmed – Liverpool XI Formation vs Man City

Liverpool collide against Manchester City at Anfield in the late kick off fixture tonight. The Reds lead the Sky Blues by just a single point at the moment.
As far as the team news is concerned, Jurgen Klopp has made a surprising change in the starting XI that played vs Stoke City on 27th December.
Belgian striker Divock Origi has been excluded from the starting lineup and German midfielder Emre Can has returned.
This means that Roberto Firmino will line up in the center forward position. Adam Lallana and Sadio Mane will start in the attack with the Brazilian star.
Can will partner Wijnaldum and captain Henderson in the center of the park for the Reds today.
With Joel Matip still out injured, summer signing Ragnar Klavan retains his place in the starting eleven alongside Dejan Lovren. Here is Liverpool’s confirmed XI formation vs Man City.

Why Can in place of lallana. I think this is inadequate leaving lallana on the bench and fielding Can. We need the English man to create chances and hold the ball for the front three. Can certainly is not good enough for this.
