Tottenham Hotspur splashed the cash and signed Vincent Janssen in the summer transfer window from Dutch side AZ Alkmaar.
The Netherlands striker was mainly signed to provide cover for main man Harry Kane but he has failed to shine at White Hart Lane so far.
In such a scenario, reports suggest that the Argentine manager is once again interested in hiring the services of Spanish international and Malaga striker Sandro Ramirez (The Sun via Mirror).
As per the provided Sun link, Spurs are considering a bid for the £15million rated star ($18.7million) in the winter transfer window and this will be the third window in a row that the North Londoners are targeting the former Barcelona forward. Will they be able to finally lure him? We shall see.
This season, the 21-year-old forward has made ten league starts for the La Liga side, scored five goals and provided one assists. He featured in 32 senior games during his time with the Catalan giants, scored 7 goals and provided 2 assists.
In your opinion, should Spurs sign Ramirez to replace Janssen?

If Levy wants a player that will score on a regular basis similar to Harry Kane and maybe not quite up too Kanes class then he has to stop musing about and finally leave the bargain basement which he seems to love and continually hold Spurs back and restrict Poch and just wastes time. Levy you have to move with the times and at least be bidding for £40 million players. If you want to be a big club it first has to start in your mindset then your actions then stop thinking about the money your paying out and think about the club going further in the champions league and bringing in a lot more revenue. Next season we will be at Wembley with almost treble the gate receipts and after that our own stadium with double the gate receipts, a lot more advertising revenue plus NFL income. Mate your in a whole different ball game and it’s all down to you. You are such a a great businessman except when it comes to the transfer market and the football side of things but you will learn. In the end it is all coming together but you have to remember you have to have a great team and that costs the right money. First step is to pay Harry Kane what he is really worth because there is not a team in the PL that wouldn’t want him and look at what they pay their top strikers.
Spot on Feenix.
We need be more active in the coming transfer window than we were before.Eriksen should be benched against monaco, because he was awful once again against whu.Hope he’ll bounce back soon.I wonder he’s going to be dropped when lamela recovers.Son,lamela,eriksen.
Its the slow build up from the back line that is the problem. Way to much passing sideways and backwards and giving the opposition time to get back and defend in numbers and then our forwards don’t get the gaps or service they need to score, What happened to the exciting Spurs who use to break at speed and scare the hell out of defenses. I’m sorry but its Poch’s style of play that is not working.
Dear Tottenham,
the main problem for Tottenham funds is keeping unwanted players. in my words,
buy Draxler using son. 10 million plus son.
spurs should don’t try to fully copy arsenal.buy pacey players more to make counter attacking football and play 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 more. against big clubs 4-2-3-1 is good.
to buy lacazate there is a good idea.
because he is top form, and strong.
sell sissoko for 30 million to psg.
and buy lacazate.
sell dembele for 30 million like Newcastle sold sisoko.
chadli sale for 13 million was a blunder.
i could have sold chadli for 25 million. and have bought Stephen el shaarawy <3 for 15 million.
main signing Tottenham should do is stephan el sharrawy for 15 million.
he is my favorite player after messi and kane.
he can be next messi.
he is such a pacey counter attacking forward, has a huge potential to become like messi or neymar.
freekick wowww.
please please please dear Tottenham sign him please….. <3
