Liverpool have been interested in signing German international and Borussia Monchengladbach starlet Mahmoud Dahoud for quite some time.
Back in the summer, reports (via Bild) suggested that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is ready to hire the services of the versatile Kaiser. However, the 20-year-old midfielder eventually stayed with the Bundesliga side.
Now, recently, German source Express have reported that Liverpool will move in with a serious offer of 30 million euros ($32.3million) to finally sign Dahoud in the winter transfer window.
Borussia Monchengladbach finished fourth in the league last season, sold their key midfielder Xhaka in the summer and are now struggling in the Bundesliga this season.
Dahoud was in decent form last season. In 32 league appearances, the youngster directly contributed in 14 goals (5 goals and 9 assists). This season, he has been average. In 10 games (all competitions), Mahmoud has not scored a goal and provided only two assists.
The above mentioned price tag is very high. Should Liverpool splash the cash and sign Dahoud?

yes for Liverpool go get the man.
If Jurgen klop is prepared to splash out such a figure for this youngster, I believe he sees something in him that we can’t see. And since klop has the tendency of turning youngsters into superstars. . I say its worth a short.
If Coutinho decides he wants to leave – and we all hope he doesn’t – a fee of £70m PLUS Turan should be about right!
