The Gunners have dropped points in their last two league games against Man United and Tottenham and are now three points behind league leaders Chelsea.
The North Londoners have been looking to agree new contracts with their players and have officially secured two deals lately.
Few days back, Arsenal agreed a new contract with Hector Bellerin that will make the Spaniard earn £100,000-a-week, £33.8million in the next 6.5 years (via Telegraph).
Now, Arsenal completed another deal by signing a new long term contract with Argentine international Emiliano Martinez (Arsenal Official). Martinez is currently Arsenal’s third choice goalkeeper behind Cech and Ospina.
The 24-year-old goalie has played 10 games for the Gunners and kept 5 clean sheets. This season, he has featured in the victories against Nottingham Forest (4-0) and Reading (2-0) in the EFL Cup.
