Other than Paul Pogba, Manchester United have been linked with numerous top midfielders this summer and Newcastle United star Moussa Sissoko has been in the limelight.
Last month, reports in the French media (Le10Sport) stated that United are looking to sign the versatile Les Bleus star.
Moreover, few days back, the player himself claimed that it would be a dream to play for a club like Man United.
According to the latest reports, the 26-year-old midfielder has claimed (BBC via World Football) that he is ready to join a big club and wants to play in the Premier League. Moussa stated:
“I want to play in the Premier League, I want to play for a big club who can get into the Champions League. That’s why I said I want to leave this year.”
Moussa featured in 37 league games for the Magpies in the last campaign, scored a goal and provided 8 assists. However, he could not save Newcastle from relegation.
On the other hand, he played 6 games at the European Championships and was brilliant for France in the final against Portugal but could not help his nation win the ultimate prize.
Sissoko has got a price tag (Sky) of 35 million pounds ($45million). In your opinion, should Man United lure him this summer?
