Not Mahrez/Lacazette – Wenger Can Seal $65.5million Star Signing for Arsenal

Last summer, Wolfsburg paid their club record fee to hire the services of German international Julian Draxler from Schalke.
After just one season, the 22-year-old playmaker is linked with a move away from Wolfsburg and Arsenal have mainly been looking to secure his signature.
According to the latest reports (Daily Star), the Gunners will have to splash the cash and pay 50 million pounds ($65.5million) to sign Draxler this summer. The World Cup winning star has made it clear that he wants to leave the German Bundesliga side.
Julian is a flexible star who can operate anywhere in the attacking midfield and can also play as a center forward if needed.
Last season, he featured in 24 league games and directly contributed in 12 goals (6 goals and 6 assists). Draxler has played in 24 fixtures for the senior national side and has scored 2 goals. He scored one goal and also provided one assist in 5 games at the European Championships.
