Coutinho Shines – Liverpool Player Ratings vs Arsenal

Liverpool and Arsenal collided in a thrilling contest at the Emirates yesterday. In the end, the Merseysiders earned all three points.
The North Londoners scored first thanks to a sublime goal scored by Theo Walcott in the 31st minute but the lead did not last long. Right before half time, Brazilian superstar Philippe Coutinho equalized for the Reds with a brilliant free kick goal from 30 odd yards out.
In the second half, the Merseysiders absolutely ripped the Gunners apart by scoring three goals in the first 18 minutes. Lallana, Coutinho and new summer signing Mane scored to give Liverpool a three goal lead.
However, Arsenal bounced back and scored two goals in the space of eleven minutes thanks to Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Calum Chambers.
Both teams were shaky at the back but Liverpool were slightly better and the visitors withstood late pressure to win the exciting encounter.
