Arsenal desperately need a top out and out goalscorer this summer and they have been looking to sign one for a long time now.
If reports in the media are anything to go by then the Gunners are closing in on an offer to finally sign a star striker.
According to Sky, Arsenal are closing in on a bid for Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony. Sky Sports News HQ understands that the Citizens will listen to offers for the former Swansea City center forward.
The offer from Arsenal might be worth 30 million pounds as per the reports published yesterday.
Bony mainly warmed the bench for the Sky Blues last season in the presence of star striker Sergio Aguero and could only start thirteen Premier League games. He was brilliant in the Champions League, started 3 games, scored 3 goals and also provided 3 assists.
The 27-year-old former Sparta Praha striker is a proven PL player and will be a quality addition if Arsene Wenger can somehow lure him this summer.
