99% Done – Tottenham to Agree Versatile Attacker Signing

Pochettino-TottenhamSo far, Tottenham have secured two key signings this summer by luring Kenyan star Victor Wanyama from the Saints and Dutch striker Vincent Janssen from Eredivisie side AZ Alkmaar.
According to reports going on in the media, the North Londoners are close to securing their third summer signing by hiring the services of French international Georges-Kevin Nkoudou.
Spurs tried to sign Michy Batshuayi from Marseille but the Belgian international eventually joined Chelsea. However, it looks highly likely that Pochettino will be able to sign Nkoudou from the French club.
As per Get French Football News, the deal to sign Georges-Kevin is 99% done and the 21-year-old Les Bleus starlet will sign a 5-year-contract in the coming days to move to White Hart Lane.
The former Nantes winger only joined Marseille last summer and he was fantastic for the Ligue 1 side in his first season. In 41 appearances, Nkoudou directly contributed in 15 goals (10 goals and 5 assists).
As per the news image from L’Equipe provided below, Spurs will pay 13 million euros to sign him.

Looking at the clips of him playing it would appear that he is the type of player that likes to attack defenders with pace. If that is the case then hurry up and sign. With the latest striking addition alongside Kane, they should both get a decent goal per game turnover if his supply is any good, and his stats seem to suggest that he certainly is.

I dunno why poch would waste this cash on a player do similar to Clinton njie but poch does what poch does and he has made us a power house in the epl but this doesn’t seem like a move that makes us better unless he has lost faith in young clinton only time will tell

We don;t need another attacking midfielder unless he’s going to be considerably better than the ones we’ve already got . Will he be better than Son and Lamela , who were in and out of the starting line up last season ?
