Tottenham were brilliant last season under the management of Mauricio Pochettino but they failed to win the Premier League title. Spurs must adequately reinforce their squad if they are to have any hope of winning the title next season.
The North Londoners have already secured two top signings this summer by luring Wanyana and Janssen and now reports suggest that Pochettino is close to sealing another key signing for Spurs by hiring the services of a versatile attacking player in the form of Georges-Kevin Nkoudou.
Spurs have agreed a fee with French club Olympique Marseille and also agreed personal terms with the player to complete deal.
According to reports (Sky Sports), the 21-year-old Les Bleus attacker will have medical with Spurs to finally move to White Hart Lane.
Nkoudou is mainly a left winger but he has effectively played as a right winger and also as a center forward when needed. Last season, he scored 5 goals and provided 3 assists in 28 league games for Marseille.
