Arsenal Star Features in Stats Based Euro 2016 XI

Portugal defeated hosts France in the final of the Euro 2016 to become European Champions for the first time in their history.
Few days ago, UEFA revealed the official Euro 2016 Team of the Tournament. The XI only had players from the sides that reached the last four of the competition.

As far as the defense is concerned, Wales and Swansea skipper Ashley Williams, Iceland’s Ragnar Sigurdsson and Italy’s Chiellini are in the team. PSG star Krychowiak gets a spot in the defensive midfield role.
Arsenal star Mesut Ozil made it into the attack along-with Belgian playmaker Eden Hazard and Polish star Jakub Blaszczykowski.
Surprisingly, no Portuguese player made it into the team provided below, not even Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
