Deal Close – Liverpool to Seal Midfielder Signing – Not Zielinski

Liverpool are looking to reinforce their midfield department this summer and are now linked with a new name in the form of Brazilian star Anderson Talisca.
The Reds have been heavily linked with Polish midfielder Piotr Zielinski, however, as per the latest reports (Liverpool Echo via Mirror), Udinese have told the player that Liverpool are no longer interested in luring him.
As far as Talisca is concerned, reports (Express via O Jogo) suggest that the Merseysiders are on the verge of completing the signing of the 22-year-old Benfica star.
Last season, in 21 league games, Talisca scored three goals. Overall, the South American midfielder featured in 34 games for the Primeira Liga giants, scored nine goals and provided one assist.
As per the provided Express link, Liverpool boss is in talks to lure the Samba star and a deal is said to be close, with the FA apparently receiving a work permit application for Talisca.
Anderson is mainly a central midfielder but he has also played as an effective secondary striker for the Portuguese champions. In your opinion, should Liverpool sign him?
