Liverpool already have an overcrowded strike-force at the moment with players like Mario Balotelli, Christian Benteke, Divock Origi, Daniel Sturridge and Danny Ings in the squad.
In such a scenario, the Reds must look to offload a few players. However, as per the latest reports, the Merseysiders are linked with another center forward in the form of Real Madrid’s Jese Rodriguez.
According to reports (Liverpool Echo via Marca), Real Madrid are ready to sell Jese this summer and the Reds are one of the clubs clear to secure his signature.
The 23-year-old versatile forward is a decorated star who has won five major trophies with the Los Blancos, including two Champions League titles, a Spanish League title, a Spanish Cup title and a FIFA Club World Cup title.
Last season, the La Roja star featured in 28 league games for Real Madrid, scored 5 goals and also provided 7 assists. Jese is naturally a center forward but he can effectively operate as a winger as well.

Inasmuch as we can attack, we should more equally be able to defend. Look at it this way. If in the coming season we can win 30 matches by just 1-0 and draw about 6 of the remaining, won’t the sky be the limit? Our defense is not still good enough. Let money be spent on quality and tested defenders now give them time to blend for the start of the new season.
Klopp is spending more on mildfilders who r under average.(ie. Grujic, mane, among others). Witout considering quality attackers ( Higuoain,lacazatte). Our strike force isn’t good enough . We are still in need of a 20+ a season goal scorer plus we need a left back that is very solid at defending as well as good in attack and perhaps another defensive mid . I’d like to see us play 2 upfront in a 4-1-3-2 formation but obviously it may have to be tweaked a little depending on injuries and who were playing against .

Benteke Henderson Lalana should provide enough money to make it happen if we are going into a season expecting Firmino to score the goals then we may as well right the season off as it isn’t enough that was the need from Last season and it still hasn’t been addressed even after signing 7 players
Oh and Ballotelli isn’t a Liverpool player he was signed on a loan deal with a right to buy at the end of it for £18m and that was why he went back to his club last season unless he agrees a loan somewhere he will be back at his club again next season its the reason why he hasn’t played in any friendlies his agent has good ties to Liverpool and it looks like we have allowed him to train with us while looking for another club so dont expect a fee from him
