Fee has been Agreed – Versatile Star to Seal Liverpool Move in Days

Liverpool have won all their pre-season games so far without even conceding a single goal. After yesterday’s fixture against Wigan, Jurgen Klopp provided some crucial transfer update as well.
The German manager is expecting one or two more players to join the Reds this summer (ESPN). At the moment, Liverpool are heavily linked with stars like Newcaslte United’s Georginio Wijnaldum and FC Augsburg’s Ragnar Klavan.
As far as the Estonian defender is concerned, reports (Telegraph) suggest that Liverpool have agreed an initial fee of 3.5 million pounds with the German Bundesliga side to sign the 30-year-old defender.
Joel Matip joined the Reds to fill the void left by Kolo Toure at Anfield and it looks highly likely that Klavan will replace Martin Skrtel who left Liverpool to join Turkish side Fenerbahce.
Ragnar is a versatile star who mainly plays in the central defense but can effectively play in the left back position as well. Last season, he made 40 appearances for Augsburg. Klavan is the captain of Estonia and has played 112 games for his national side.
