AW has Moved in to Agree $27.6million Star Signing for Arsenal

Arsenal FA Cup 2005Arsenal have been looking to reinforce their back line in the summer transfer window and after the injury suffered by German international Per Mertesacker, the Gunners must sign a top defender sooner rather than later.
The North Londoners have moved in to sign a German international who has the quality to replace the veteran defender at the Emirates. The player in discussion is Valencia star Shkodran Mustafi.
According to reports (Daily Star via Emanuele Giulianelli), Arsenal have held talks with Mustafi’s agent as they look to strengthen their defense.
The 24-year-old center back currently plays for Spanish side Valencia. Last season, he featured in 44 games for the La Liga side, scored 2 goals and provided 2 assists. At the European Championships, Mustafi scored Germany’s opening goal of the tournament against Ukraine. Not to forget, he was part of the World Cup winning German squad in 2014.
As per the latest reports (101greatgoals via COPE), Valencia are prepared to sell Mustafi this summer and Arsenal can agree his signing by paying a fee of 25 million euros ($27.6 million). The Gunners must act swiftly to hire his services.
