Tottenham Can Seal "Quality" Playmaker Signing for $28.3million

Pochettino-TottenhamTottenham Hotspur are focusing on amplifying the quality and depth of their squad in the summer transfer window and are targeting top players.
As far as the attack is concerned, a certain Italian international is in the lime light in the form of Palermo playmaker Franco Vazquez.
According to reports (ESPN via Corriere dello Sport), Palermo President Zampairini has confirmed talks with Tottenham over a potential sale of the 27-year-old attacker in the summer transfer window.
The versatile Azzurri star can play anywhere in the attack and was highly impressive in the Serie A for the relegation threatened side last season..
In 36 games, the “quality” (Goal) playmaker directly contributed in 14 goals for Palermo last season. Franco has the pace and the trickery to trouble any defense and Spurs must splash the cash to lure him.
As per the provided ESPN link, Zamparini claimed that Franco can be signed for a fee of 25 million Euros ($28.3 million).
