Offer Accepted – Man United to Get "Fantastic Talent" Signing Done

Manchester United are linked with numerous quality stars in the summer transfer window, however, the latest transfer rumor is actually somewhat baffling.
New boss Jose Mourinho is serious about bringing Nani back to Old Trafford. Moreover, the 29-year-old attacker has accepted the offer to return to the Premier League with the Red Devils (DHA).
Nani first signed for Man United in 2007 under the management of legendary Alex Ferguson. The former Sporting CP attacker went on to win four Premier League titles with the Red Devils and also won the Champions League in 2008.
In 230 appearances, the Portuguese international scored 40 goals and provided 73 assists for the Old Trafford club. However, Louis van Gaal was not interested in keeping Nani and he was sold last summer to Turkish side Fenerbahce.
As per the provided DHA link, United are not ready to pay Nani’s release clause of 8 million Euros and are expected to meet Fenerbahce officials to negotiate a deal.
Ferguson always rated Nani very highly and on one occasion claimed (Independent):

“He (Nani) has got great talent, we know about that,” “He is a fantastic talent”

Last season, Nani scored 12 goals and provided 13 assists in 47 games for the Turkish giants and deservedly earned a place in the national side for the European Championships.
Nani surely has got quality but it will be fair to say that he is past his best and Mourinho must look elsewhere to improve Man United’s attack.
