Italy and Belgium collided in their opening game of the Euro 16 last night. The four time World Champions proved to be too good for the Red Devils and won 2-0.
The Azzurri, managed by the new Chelsea boss Antonio Conte, were in control from the word go and opened the scoring in the first half.
Bonucci provided a Piro-esque ball to Giaccherini and the Bologna star slotted the ball in the net with a brilliant finish.
Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard was arguably the best player of the night for the Belgians but did not get the support of his team mates.
The second goal was scored by Southampton striker Graziano Pelle in injury time of the second half to seal the victory for the Italians.
