"World Class" Star Provides Brilliant News for Liverpool

Klopp Origi InjuryLiverpool loaned out Mario Balotelli last summer under the management of Brendan Rodgers and signed Christian Benteke from Aston Villa for a mammoth sum.
The Belgian international has found it hard to get regular game time in his first season at Anfield, especially under Jurgen Klopp.
However, the former Aston Villa man has come up and claimed that he did not sign for just one year and wants to be at Liverpool next year as well (Liverpool Echo).
Some fans may disagree, but Benteke staying will be brilliant for Liverpool. Whether or not Liverpool qualify for the next season’s Champions League, they need quality and depth in the strike-force and must hold onto a proven quality Premier League player like Christian.
In the limited opportunities, the “world class” (Sport360) 25-year-old striker has scored some key goals for Liverpool and his stats are by all means good, even as an expensive plan B.
In 18 starts for the Reds this season, he has scored 10 goals and provided 6 assists. He has only been able to play full 90 minutes on 12 occasions (Transfermarkt).
Benteke claimed (LFC Echo):

“I think I have the quality and the manager knows my strengths and weaknesses – I’ve no doubt (Klopp can make me better).”

The star is ready to fight for his place and without a shadow of a doubt, he deserves a fair chance at Anfield.
