Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp lured Henrikh Mkhitaryan to Dortmund from Shakhtar few seasons back and now the Armenian international is showing his true qualities for the German Bundesliga side.
This season, the 27-year-old versatile attacker has been brilliant. In 44 appearances for BVB, Mkhitaryan has directly contributed in no fewer than 46 goals (20 goals and 26 assists).
Top clubs are interested in signing the talented star and if reports are anything to go by then Arsenal are the favorites to lure him.
According to The Sun, Mkhitaryan has moved a step closer to signing for Arsenal and he has already initiated house hunting in London. The report further claims that the attacker has already told his close friends that he is leaving Dortmund.
Capable of playing anywhere in the offense, Mkhitaryan will be another world class addition to Arsenal’s attack. The idea of Mkhitaryan lining up with Ozil and Alexis is too mouth watering.
Legendary Brazilian footballer Roberto Carlos heavily praised Mkhitaryan last year and claimed that he is a “high class” footballer (Youtube). Over all, Henrikh has netted 101 goals in his club career so far (Transfermarkt).
