Liverpool are in search of midfielders to reinforce their squad and it will not come as a surprise if someone comes in to replace skipper Jordan Henderson.
The former Sunderland star has had an injury hit season but when fit, the England international has been out of form as well. The dynamic midfielder we saw in Hendo in the last two seasons is nowhere to be found.
Liverpool have already signed one midfielder in the form of Marko Gurjic. Now reports (The Guardian) suggest that Klopp wants to sign another young midfielder in the form of Mahmoud Dahoud from Borussia Monchengladbach.
The 20-year-old versatile midfielder has got “incredible quality” as claimed by former Monchengladbach manager (Bundesliga). Moreover, he has been in brilliant while playing in multiple positions for the German side.
He has scored 4 goals and provided 8 assists this season in 28 league outings. Dahoud is more versatile as compared to Grujic and has proved his quality in a much bigger league as compared to the Serbian one.
Here is how Liverpool will line up with Mahmoud Dahoud if they do sign him.
