€28m Agreement in Principle Already Reached – Spurs to Finally Seal Deal for Versatile Star

Tottenham have been brilliant this season and have virtually sealed qualification for next season’s Champions League. Currently, the North Londoners are second in the Premier League, seven points behind the Foxes.

According to Football Insider, Spurs are in advanced talks to seal deals for Vertonghen and Eriksen and are confident of completing them within weeks.
As per the provided Football Insider link, back in January, Eriksen had reached an agreement in principle on a new five-year deal worth €28m.
Hence, it will not come as a surprise if the former Ajax star finally signs the new contract soon. This season, Eriksen has featured in 41 games and has directly contributed in 19 goals (8 goals and 11 assists).
Capable of playing in multiple attacking positions, Eriksen is going to be vital for the North Londoners in the years to come.
