Manchester United have been chasing Lazio and Brazilian playmaker Felipe Anderson since the past two transfer windows but have failed to lure him.
If reports are anything to go by then the Red Devils will once again move for the Samba star. Will they be able to sign him?
According to the Sun, Manchester United are ready to splash a huge sum of $56 million (39 million pounds) to finally hire the services of the Serie A star.
As per the provided Sun link, Lazio rejected United’s 37.6 million pounds bid for the 22-year-old attacker and now the British side have held fresh talks to sign him.
Felipe Anderson has featured in 37 games for the Italian side this season, he has scored 8 goals and provided 4 assists as well (Transfermarkt).
He is mainly a left winger but can function effective on either flank and also as a central attacking midfielder. We shall see how the transfer saga unfolds in the coming months.
