Tottenham Hotspur have been looking to sign an out and out forward since last summer but the search continues for the North Londoners after wasting the summer and winter transfer windows.
Signing a natural striker should still be Tottenham’s priority because if Kane gets injured, Spurs could find themselves in trouble, much like Liverpool did in the absence of Suarez and Sturridge (played 7 league games) last season.
West Brom star Saido Berahino has been in the lime light for quite some time but as per reports in the Dutch media (Voetbal International), Spurs are now linked with a new name in the form of Utrecht’s Sebastien Haller.
The 21-year-old French forward has been in brilliant form this season for the Eredivisie side. In 31 games for the club, Haller has directly contributed in no fewer than 26 goals (Transfermarkt) this season (21 goals and 5 assists).
Moreover, he has been performing consistently for the national side as well. He has played 13 times for the U21 French side and scored 9 goals. Few days back, Haller netted a brilliant 5 minute brace to beat the Scottish national side.
In your opinion, should Spurs sign Haller or look elsewhere?
