Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal made more than a few idiotic decisions this season starting from the summer transfer window.
The Dutch manager let go big names like Robin van Persie, Radamel Falcao and record signing Angel Di Maria. He also sold Javier Hernandez who is performing brilliantly with Bayer Leverkusen. Adding to that, the likes of James Wilson and Adnan Januzaj were loaned out to further diminish quality and depth of the attack.
United only lured two youngsters to replace the above mentioned players in the attack. Anthony Martial and Memphis Depay joined in the summer and since then the Red Devils have suffered up front.
The British giants have only scored 24 goals in 20 league games and are now looking to reinforce their attack in the winter transfer window as well.
Louis van Gaal is desperate to add more options in the attack and is ready to bring back Adnan Januzaj from Dortmund. According to Telegraph, United have reached an agreement with Dortmund and the versatile attacker will be back once the paperwork is completed.
The 20-year-old Belgian international has scored a goal and provided 3 assists in 16 appearances for the Bundesliga side this season.
