Liverpool Agree $32.6m Deal – Stats Providing a Clear Picture

PLLiverpool need quality players in almost every department and must hold onto key players if they are to challenge for big prizes.
Unfortunately, the Reds believe that Simon Mignolet is one of their most important players and yesterday, the Belgian international signed (LFC Official Website) a new long term contract with the Merseysiders.
According to Football Insider, the improved contract is worth $32.6m much to the delight of the former Sunderland shot stopper.

It will be fair to say that Mignolet did not deserve the new contract taking into consideration his performances this season.
As per the stats (Squawka Comparison Matrix) provided below, Simon’s form has not improved one bit as compared to last season. In fact, his performance in key areas has actually been worse.
The 27-year-old goalie has made more blunders this season and it is baffling that the Reds have handed him a new improved deal. Here are the stats that provide a clear picture of Mignolet’s drop in form.

Simone has blown some black magic powder on Klopp eyes.because even a second division coach would have think twice before giving him a big 5 yrs contrac amazing

klopp believes that liverpool have to work upfront-on the forward-and not on the back (defence)and that’s why he handed Mignolet another contract with hope that he, goalie, will definitely improve in performance if the team are in winning ways.
So in that perspective, the n0 1 is still a good keeper. I dont blame him.
For LFC to be in top 4, they need a striker of Suarez caliber (29 goals in 29 appearances in all game); whether Mignolet or not. Check that out!!!

l continue to insist that Simone is not a type of stopper Liverpoolfc should have as a number one, we make world laugh, still we expect to challenge for top four having Simone as your number one stopper this is a joke.

If this is a peek into how this transfer window will go then I am seriously worried. There is no way in the world Mignolet is worth a deal anywhere near the one being uttered. Who in the world is negotiating these figures? Whoever it is needs to quit smoking what they are smoking before they agree any deal!
