Manchester United have already spent heavy sums in the previous transfer windows and it makes no sense to trust current boss Louis van Gaal again with the signings.
It will be fair to say that United’s biggest signing will be their new manager and if reports are anything to go by the then the deal to officially hire the new boss in the form of Jose Mourinho is very close.
According to Italian source TMW, Man United have already shaken hands on a deal in principle with the former Chelsea boss. He is set to replace LvG at Old Trafford.
Without doubt, Mourinho is a world class manager but he will have a huge task to revive Man United next season especially if they fail to qualify for the Champions League.
Mourinho may have to sign a new goalie in case David de Gea departs and a world class replacement must be secured.
As far as the defense is concerned, United still have not replaced the legendary central defensive duo of Vidic and Ferdinand. Jose will have to fix that dilemma as well.
The midfield department seems fine with with quality players for starting XI and on the bench. However, United have not been able to find the perfect mix and the former Porto boss must sort that out.
Last but not the least, United must sign a world class playmaker and an out and out striker to improve the attack. It will be intriguing to see how Mourinho can lure such players if the Red Devils do not take part in Europe’s Elite competition.
Deal Very Close – How World Class Man will Revive Man United

Mourinho is not the kind of a coach I would wish to see at Old Trafford. He must first apologise to Eva Carneiro. He must do away with his foolish ego. I for one would like Man United to have a manager who has good working relationship with the FA and the media. He is rude and arrogant. It is good to think that you are the best, but respect old people like Wenger.
