There are mixed reports in the media as far as Liverpool’s transfer plans are concerned in the upcoming January transfer window.
At one end, there are reports (Mirror) suggesting that Klopp is reluctant to sign stars in the winter window despite given the green light by owners.
On the other hand, reports (Express) suggest that current Bayer Leverkusen striker Stefan Kiessling is wanted by the Liverpool manager at Anfield.
As mentioned in the provided Express link, the German striker has not been a regular starter for the Bundesliga side this season and has made it clear that he may have to move for more playing time. Liverpool may seem to be an ideal place for Kiessling because of Klopp’s presence.
Stefan is a proven Bundesliga striker and has scored 185 goals in his club career so far (Transfermarkt). Howeber, the only major concern with Kiessling is that he will turn 32 next month and Liverpool do not really need to sign a veteran.
In your opinion, should Liverpool sign Stefan Kiessling in the winter transfer window?
