If reports are anything to go by then Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has perhaps found his first signing for the Reds.
According to Turkish source Takvim, German star Kevin Grosskreutz has agreed terms on a 3 year deal with Liverpool and the British club will be announcing the transfer within 10 days.
Jurgen Klopp knows all about the qualities of the Kaiser having managed him when he was in charge of Borussia Dortmund.
Kevin is a versatile playmaker who has effectively played on either flank and has been utilized in the full back positions as well.
The 27-year-old left the Bundesliga side last summer to move to Galatasaray, however, the Turkish giants failed to submit the relevant documentation before the closure of the transfer window. Hence, FIFA blocked (Goal) the move and the player has been in limbo since then.
Grosskreutz has won the Bundesliga twice with Dortmund under the management of Klopp and was part of the World Cup winning German squad as well. Kevin had an injury hit last campaign in which he played 25 games for Dortmund and could only provide 4 assists.
