If reports are anything to go by then the Reds have perhaps agreed their first incoming transfer deal under the management of Jurgen Klopp.
According to Mondo, Liverpool have agreed to pay the 6 million Euros fee to sign Serbian international and Red Star Belgrade midfielder Marko Grujic.
As per the provided Serbian source, Liverpool will not be bringing him to Anfield next month. Instead, the player will complete the season with Belgrade, help them qualify for next season’s Champions League and then join the Merseysiders in the summer.
Mondo also claim that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has constantly been in touch with Grujic to seal the deal. Surely, he will be delighted that the deal has finally been agreed.
The 19-year-old star has effectively played as a creative central midfielder and also as an attacking midfielder. Liverpool need to reinforce their midfield and someone as talented as Grujic can prove to be a quality addition.
This season, Marko has scored 5 goals and provided 6 assists so far in 21 games for the Serbian SuperLiga club (Transfermarkt). In your opinion, is Marko Grujic the player Liverpool need in their midfield?
