Tottenham have done well so far in the Premier League this season and after the first few months, they are in a very good position to qualify for the top four.
The North Londoners mainly reinforced their attack and defense in the summer transfer window and did not focus much on the midfield department. Clearly, there was no need for that as well because the midfielders have performed well this season.

Alli is a versatile talent who has been effective for Tottenham as a defensive midfielder, a creative central midfielder and also as an attacking midfielder. Currently, he is the least earning first team player and surely deserves the new contract.
