30 Goals/Assists – Spurs Stepping up to Finally Sign Quality Forward

Young Swiss international Breel Embolo has been in the limelight and the 18-year-old starlet was wanted by the North Londoners in the summers (Mirror) as well.
The latest reports according to Goal suggest that Spurs are now stepping up chase to finally sign the FC Basel forward and reinforce their attack.

Embolo is capable of playing as a center forward and has also been utilized effectively on the right flank. Last season, he featured 42 times for the Swiss side and directly contributed in no fewer than 30 goals (17 goals and 13 assists) (Transfermarkt).
This season, he has netted 8 goals and provided 4 assists in 20 games for Basel. The teenage star can prove to be a decent support/cover striker for Harry Kane.
