Star Basically thinks Man United cannot win Europe's Elite Prize

Manchester United sold their record signing Angel Di Maria in the summer transfer window and only reinforced their attack with a young attacking star Memphis Depay.
The Red Devils were interested (TalkSport) in hiring the services of Paris Saint-Germain’s Brazilian playmaker Lucas Moura as well.
However, as per the provided TalkSport link, the Samba star has revealed why he opted to stay with the Ligue 1 giants.

The 23-year-old playmaker perhaps thinks that Man United cannot really win Europe’s elite prize and stated that he thinks he can win the Champions League with Paris Saint-Germain. Moura also claims that he loves the life in the City and wants to stay there for long.
Last season, the Brazilian star featured in 46 games for the French club, scored 8 goals and also provided 7 assists. Capable of playing at either flank, Lucas has what it takes to improve any attack but United will probably have to look elsewhere to reinforce their offense.
