Confirmed – Liverpool Starting XI Formation vs Saints

Last season, Liverpool faced Southampton at Anfield in their first league game of the Premier League campaign and won 2-1 on the day.
This time around, the Reds have a new manager and will hope to earn all three points again against the Saints.
As far as Liverpool’s team news is concerned, Jurgen Klopp has made no changes in the starting XI that played last weekend against Tottenham.

Joe Allen started in the midfield with Emre Can against Rubin Kazan. The Welsh international is on the bench today and makes way for Lucas Leiva.
Surprisingly, Roberto Firmino and Christian Benteke once again start on the bench and the likes of Adam Lallana and Divock Origi keep their starting place.
No sign of Daniel Sturridge for the Merseysiders. The England international is once again out with an injury much to the despair of the supporters.
