Ireland is the team that needs the win more than its opponent. The thing of course is that Germany is a much stronger team and Ireland might not be able to resist. Ireland will hope that Scotland loses against Scotland so that it ensures qualification to the play-offs. I believe that it will risk getting the win which will give much chance for qualification to the final stage of the tournament. On the other hand Germany is a team that will not just sit back and get the draw which will ensure qualification. The team of Joachim Löw is very strong and has much quality on the front line with players like Götze, Muller, Reus and Schurrle. My opinion is that Germany is the strongest team in Europe right now and I can not go against it. If we had to deal with another opponent, I could have choose a draw or win for Republic of Ireland. Germany however is a very strong team and can win this game. I will not go against Ireland however because the motivation is high. Germany will normally score a goal on this game and might find gaps for more. I can’t say that I'm thrilled by the price given for over 2.5 goals but I think that some goals by both teams will be scored on this game. My choice is over 2.5 goals.
