Man United & Club to Hold Talks Over Move for Versatile Star

Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo was linked with a move away from the club in the summer but eventually stayed.
Now, Daily Star cite reports in Italy claiming that United and Serie A side Napoli are set to hold talks over January move for the Argentine defender.
The former Sporting Lisbon star was a key member of the Red Devils’ squad last season but this season he has only started a single game for the Old Trafford club.
Van Gaal mainly preferred Blind and Shaw ahead of him in the central and the full back positions. However, now that the former Southampton star is out with a long term injury, Rojo is set to get regular game time.
Capable of playing effectively as a left full back and also as a central defender, Rojo will again be a key player for United this season. If Van Gaal does opt to sell him in the winter transfer window then surely a replacement must be signed for the left back position.
